Official advice
If you suspect you have it, DO NOT go anywhere is the official advice from the NHS in the UK. Ring 111 for advice and hope for the best. What advice they will offer is a mystery, since at the same time their online advice states “There is currently no specific treatment for coronavirus.”
“Treatment for coronavirus – There is currently no specific treatment for coronavirus. Antibiotics do not help, as they do not work against viruses. Treatment aims to relieve the symptoms while your body fights the illness. You’ll need to stay in isolation away from other people until you’ve recovered.”
Incubation and quarantine time mismatch
A study, entitled, “Clinical characteristics of 2019 novel coronavirus infection in China,” a “preprint” (which means it has not yet been peer-reviewed) published on the MedRxIV website, backed by the British Medical Journal and Yale, notes:
“Incubation periods of coronavirus vary from zero days to 24 days.”
The study based on 1,099 patients with lab-confirmed 2019-nCoV, gathered from 552 hospitals in 31 provinces, through January 29, 2020. The original PDF here. Yet despite that fact, quarantine time instigated worldwide is only 14 days.
If the incubation period lasts up to 24 days, why are governments all over the world releasing people who might be infected with COVID-19 after insufficient quarantine?
Vaccine Development for Covid19
Meanwhile on the other side of the pond fox news reported (13. Feb) that a “California lab says it discovered coronavirus vaccine in 3 hours Scientists are racing to get the vaccine on the market in record time” The discovery is said to be made by scientists in Inovio Pharmaceuticals laboratory in San Diego.
“We were able to rapidly construct our vaccine in a matter of about three hours once we had the DNA sequence from the virus available because of the power of our DNA medicine platform,” Dr. J. Joseph Kim, Inovio’s president and CEO, told FOX Business. “Our goal is to start phase one human testing in the U.S. early this summer.”
Follow the money
Inovio is a biotech company which according to their website is involved in the development of “precisely designed DNA medicines to treat, cure and/or protect people from diseases associated with HPV, cancer, and infectious diseases”. their list of partners includes:
DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) awarded Inovio two grants totaling $57 million to develop and assess technology against multiple infectious diseases. Developing DNA-based monoclonal antibodies for influenza and antibiotic-resistant bacteria and develop multiple treatment and prevention approaches against Ebola.
CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) In 2018, Inovio and CEPI entered a partnership under which Inovio will develop vaccine candidates against Lassa fever and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). CEPI funded Inovio to the tune of $56,000,000 to support Inovio’s pre-clinical and clinical advancement through Phase 2 of its Lassa fever vaccine, and its MERS vaccine.
The list is long and include other projects Inovio was and still is involved in: HPV vaccine, Hepatitis b and C, Ebola, MERS-CoV (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus), Zika virus, HIV, treatments for a variety of cancers and more.
So how does Inovio gets involved in developing a Vaccine for Covid19? Well, they get funding to do it of course, and since Covid19 seems to be the genetic chimera of many novel viruses they worked on before, it is hardly surprising they get the job in the first place, or that they discovered a vaccine in 3 hours. According to Biological warfare expert Prof. Frances Boyle – Covid19 seems to be the genetic chimera of MERS, SARS and, HIV. Keep a mental note of that as we will get to that a bit later on…
Where did the funding comes from?
The answer is CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) According to Inovio press release from 23rd of Jan 2020
“(CEPI) has awarded Inovio a grant of up to $9 million to develop a vaccine against the recently emerged strain of coronavirus (2019-nCoV) that has killed numerous people and infected hundreds more in China to date. This initial CEPI funding will support Inovio’s preclinical and clinical development through Phase 1 human testing of INO-4800, its new coronavirus vaccine matched to the outbreak strain.”
Who is behind ‘CEPI’ and how are they funded?
You can find the answers on their website, as one can expect here we can find all the usual suspects:
“CEPI was founded in Davos by the governments of Norway and India, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the World Economic Forum. CEPI has secured $760 million toward its $1billion funding target, with multi-year funding from Norway, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada, Ethiopia, Australia, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Wellcome.”
According to CEPI financial reports investors pledge for 2017 – 2021 are as follows:

‘CEPI’ leadership – who are they and what do they say?
Dr Richard Hatchett CEPI CEO
Dr Richard Hatchett, the chief executive officer of CEPI called the novel coronavirus “the most frightening disease he has encountered in his career.” and boy did he have a career
“Dr. Hatchett most recently served as acting Director of the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), after serving for five years as BARDA’s Chief Medical Officer and Deputy Director. At BARDA, Dr. Hatchett oversaw programs to develop medical countermeasures against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, pandemic influenza, and emerging infectious diseases and led or helped lead the development of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics for a number of emerging viruses, including the H3N2v and H7N9 influenza viruses, MERS, Ebola, and Zika. Previously, Dr. Hatchett served on the White House Homeland Security Council under President George W. Bush and was a member of the White House National Security Staff under President Barack Obama.”
Speaking to Channel 4 News, Hatchett added that the disease is “frightening because of the combination of infectiousness and a lethality that appears to be manifold higher than the flu.” He went on to say that the combination of these two characteristics is what makes it so concerning.
According to Hatchett, viruses like Ebola and Nipah had high mortality rates but their infectiousness did not match the level of COVID-19. “The world has not encountered a virus that combined those two qualities in this way since the 1918 influenza outbreak, also known as the Spanish Flu”, said Hatchett.

Jeremy Farrar a Wellcome Foundation Director
Another member of CEPI Jeremy Farrar a Wellcome Foundation Director writes:
“I believe our greatest weapon against uncertainty and panic is trust, which in much of the world is at a historic low.”
He is very right there and it is hardly surprising given past man made pandemics resulting in one winner only – Big Pharma working with the World Health Organization to force all countries to buy vaccines for their whole population and as it turned out were never used.
He goes on saying:
“To regain it, (the public trust) our global powers, including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and leaders of the G7 and G20, must make decisions that demonstrate they see this as a global crisis, and continue the current containment approach while also preparing for the worst.”
And the prescribed solution? (pant totally intended) you may have guessed it at this point – throw money at it, LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY
“Anything less than an urgent initial commitment of $10 billion from the World Bank leaves us at risk of much greater costs later and long-term catastrophe.” “The investment should be used to bolster the public health response in the most vulnerable countries, coordinated through the World Health Organization, and to develop diagnostics, treatments and vaccines.”
Bill Gates The gates foundation
And lets not forget The gates foundation who have been obsessed with vaccinating Africa and Bill Gates who have been openly vocal on the need for the depopulation of earth? He too has advice for world leaders in an article he wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine and his own blog – gates notes.
As one expect there is high level of coordinated repetiouse singing from the same music sheet, however Bill Gates does introduce few unique points into the mix. According to Gates Vaccine “could be ready for larger-scale trials as early as June.” He goes on writing:
“Drug discovery can also be accelerated by drawing on libraries of compounds that have already been tested for safety”
I guess Bill Gates is aware the fact that A. COVID19 is genetic chimera of MERS, SARS and, HIV. and B. That through CEPI his foundation is funding Inovio who has been involved in developing vaccines and or treatments for all the above. And of course he also possesses the tech ‘knowhow’ when it comes to:
“applying new screening techniques, including machine learning, to identify antivirals that could be ready for large-scale clinical trials within weeks.”
according to Gates
“The world also needs to invest in disease surveillance, including a case database that is instantly accessible to the relevant organizations and rules that require countries to share their information.”
On the matter of funding his message is in the same vain as his friends from CEPI:
“Billions more dollars are needed to complete Phase III trials and secure regulatory approval for coronavirus vaccines, and still more funding will be needed to improve disease surveillance and response.”
These Billions should come from governments he suggests the reason being
“Pandemic products are extraordinarily high-risk investments, and pharmaceutical companies will need public funding to de-risk their work and get them to jump in with both feet.”
We could not get any clearer on the money front – we the public should fund pharmaceutical companies to come up for solutions to problems they created, who then will make Billions selling it to us the public…
And if that is not enough Gates goes on
“In addition, governments and other donors will need to fund—as a global public good—manufacturing facilities that can generate a vaccine supply in a matter of weeks. These facilities can make vaccines for routine immunization programs in normal times and be quickly refitted for production during a pandemic. Finally, governments will need to finance the procurement and distribution of vaccines to the populations that need them.”
What a wonderful risk free parallel universe these people live on…
Red Pill - The Flip Side of Mainstream Reality
If you were around in the last few rounds of so called global pandemics, you might be aware that in most cases those turned out to be manmade bioweapons and the reasons for their release into the population could only be described as highly suspicious to put it mildly.
The story of COVID19 is not much different and the smoking gun presented by Biological warfare expert Prof. Frances Boyle is as damning as they come.
I am not going to qualify the statements above, (this article turned out to be far too long as it is) The internet is full of hard evidence and testimonials of whistleblowers if anyone is truly interested.
Professor Francis A. Boyle is a human rights lawyer and professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law He has been involved in many high profile endverse. Amongst other things he drafted the US domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. He has advised numerous international bodies in the areas of human rights, war crimes and genocide, nuclear policy, and bio-warfare. The list is long and truly impressive.
In a video interview (below) Professor Boyle discusses few scientific papers which leads him to conclude that the coronavirus COVID19 is being engineered as a bioweapon designed, “for efficient spreading in the human population”
Professor Boyle claims; The paper describes the CoVid-19 novel coronavirus as possessing unique ‘gain-of-function’ properties that make it the perfect bioweapon, while confirming these new properties were from artificial origins, not natural viral evolution. (In other words, it was engineered.)
What is ‘Gain of function’?
‘Gain-of-function’ is a mutation that confers new or enhanced activity on a protein. Loss-of-function mutations, which are more common, result in reduced or abolished protein function.
According to Professor Boyle gain of function work can only be done safely in a BSL-4 or a BSL-3 facility.
What does BSL-4 or BSL-3 stands for?
BSL stands for ‘Biosafety Level’ a set of biocontainment precautions required to isolate hazardous biological agents in an enclosed manufacturing or research laboratory. These levels of protections are to safeguard laboratory personnel and the surrounding environment.
The levels of containment range from the lowest biosafety level 1 (BSL-1) to the highest at level 4 (BSL-4). These levels, are ranked according to the lethality of the agents or organisms that are being worked with.
BSL-3 facility – May carry work involving potentially lethal or ‘exotic’ diseases that are contracted via inhalation. These laboratories will contain work being carried out on diseases like Yellow Fever or Tuberculosis.
BSL-4 facility – is the highest level of Biological Safety consists of work with highly dangerous materials and aerosol transmitted diseases which are almost all fatal BSL-4 laboratories will contain research studies on diseases like Ebola and biological weapons.
So lets recap – Since COVID19 displays evidence of ‘gain of function’ work, which can only be done safely in a BSL-4 or a BSL-3 facility then this means it is MAN MADE genetically modified virus and most likely a BioWeapon. Or as Boyel puts it: “This is clearly a weaponized biological warfare agent and there is no legitimate scientific or medical use for gain of function technology“
what are they cooking in BSL-3 Lab at the University of North Carolina
This however is not the only smoking gun! Boyle refers to a nother study published in 2015 titled “A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence.”
He goes on explaining:
“if you look through this carefully, first notice who was involved in this DNA genetic engineering of SARS, which is already a biological warfare agent, to give it gain of function activities. And it has all these people there from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It has someone from the Food and Drug Administration, so you can’t trust the Food and Drug Administration. And then at the very bottom of the list, who is involved? Zhengli-Li Shi, Key Laboratory of Special Pathogens and Biosafety, Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan, China.
So it’s very clear to me that this scientist from the Wuhan Institute of Virology got this gain of function technology for SARS from this University of North Carolina lab. And he didn’t steal it – or he or she didn’t steal it. What happened was, if you read carefully to the end of the article acknowledgements, they acknowledged a National Natural Science Foundation of China award. In other words, the Chinese government paid them to have one of their top biological warfare experts involved”
“I noticed they acknowledged National Natural Science Foundation of China Award. In other words, these best scientists at the University of North Carolina took dirty money from China to allow that one of their top biowarfare experts from this Wuhan Institute of Virology and Wuhan, which has the BSL-4 facility, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they permitted this Chinese scientist to work with them to give gain of function biowarfare DNA genetic capability to SARS, which is dangerous enough to begin with.”
Professor Boyle goes on to quote from the 2015 published report:
“We built a chimeric virus that encodes a novel zoonotic spike protein”… in the context of viable SARS. …”This approach characterized the threat posed by SARS coronavirus spike–this approach characterized the threat posed by a spike in primary human airways.”
he continues “In other words, they’re designing this to infect human beings by their airways and then it says, in vivo. In other words, they are using live animals”
I am quoting what is being said but checking the actual report I should say the quote is not verbatim it is a simplified to make it easy for a non scientific person to understand.
He goes on –
“It’s weaponized coronavirus. They also conclude that they really couldn’t find an antibody against it.”
“Their new DNA genetically engineered virus constitutes a gain in pathogenesis. That’s a gain of function right there; they admit it. “
“Pathogenesis means lethality and infectiousness and we know that even Lancet has said lethality is about 15%. If you disaggregate numbers even put out by the Chinese government, it’s about 17%.”
“So, together this data represent a crossroads of gain of function research concerns and they just make it clear they’re going to continue anyway. They also point out that they involved HIV based pseudo virus, prepared as previously described”
“In a footnote it says, “Cells were originally obtained from Fort Detrick.”
“all this work, this biological weapons work involving the Wuhan virology, was approved and funded by the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious disease. These agencies were up to their eyeballs in research development and testing offensive biological warfare weapon.“
What we’ve got so far is documented evidence that China paid a US university in North Carolina to develop biological warfare weapons in their BSL-3 lab in cooperation with or for the Wuhan BSL-4 lab.
But this is not all! If you thought this is bad enough, wait till you hear what is next.
More BIO-engineering in Australian Animal Health Lab
In 2010 Wuhan was working with an institute in Australia and successfully genetically engineer a super bioweapon involving SARS and HIV with the full knowledge of the Australian Government.

Boyle therefore concludes that:
“The Wuhan scientists took the North Carolina SARS with gain of function, which is already a biological warfare weapon, and the technology behind this well-developed SARS HIV weapon developed in Australia and brought it back to the Wuhan a BSL-4 and genetically engineer it into a chimera, into a biological warfare weapon involving the coronavirus, the HIV virus and gain of function.”
How did this weaponized virus got released and why?
Lastly boyle refers to another research paper published in ‘ReseachGate’ titled “The possible origins of 2019-nCoV coronavirus” by two professors at the South China University of Technology.
When I searched for it on ReseachGate, I could not find it – it was taken down, but luckily I found reference to it on flutrackers.com forum where Sharon Sanders writes:

Reading it I am not surprised it was taken down, since it is clearly pointing the finger at a leak from 2 possible labs in Wuhan:
The first: Wuhan Center for Disease Control & Prevention (WHCDC) Located within 280 meter from the Fish Market where the first few case of COVID19 where discovered. According to the author:
“WHCDC hosted animals in laboratories for research purpose, one of which was specialized in pathogens collection and identification. In one of their studies, 155 bats including Rhinolophus affinis were captured in Hubei province, and other 450 bats were captured in Zhejiang province.”
Profesor Boyle final words:
“What is significant here is that it is by two professors at the South China University of Technology – they’re all professors. And their conclusion of this study is that the Wuhan coronavirus leaked out of that BSL-4 facility. Let me repeat – even Chinese scientists are saying now, independently of me, it leaked out. And I believe it was probably an accident that there was a one of these death scientists there at the Wuhan BSL-4 facility trying to DNA genetically engineer the North Carolina technology, the Australian technology, HIV, SARS, gain of function together into the super biological warfare weapon and somehow got infected. “
