Why it’s important to know what is in the patents
If one relies on the news media to get informed on reality, then it might seem like the Covid-19 pandemic is over and done with. All eyes are focused on a new war and the blood letting associated with yet more psychological assault on our hearts and minds goes on and on. So what is cDNA that can be patented?
Genes, are made of DNA and contain information required to make proteins. To make protein from DNA, first the DNA pulls apart into two separate strands and a copy is made. Instead of DNA, this copy is made of RNA. The copy, called pre-RNA, is not identical to template DNA. It’s a complementary copy. Next, that pre-RNA is edited so that only the parts that encode protein (the exons) remain. This exons-only version is called mRNA. The cell then uses the mRNA to assemble proteins.
Working with RNA is difficult; it is unstable and degrades quickly. For that reason in practice mRNA is extracted and converted back to stable DNA. The new DNA that’s created from the mRNA is called cDNA, or complementary copy of the DNA template. cDNA can also occur naturally; certain viruses can copy mRNA to cDNA . In fact, this is where scientists learned the technique.
cDNA is an edited version of the original gene. The naturally occurring gene contains exons, introns, and other genetic material; the cDNA contains only exons. Do Covid-19 mRNA Shots alter our DNA?
“I’m an industrial engineer at Moderna and the other one of us is a process development engineer. I’m sure the same thing is happening with Pfizer-BioNTech. It was hard to put things together based on the small quantities of additions happening in manual step (highly unorthodox for a continuous process production). Most people’s understanding of this novel vaccine type is that it works as follows:

How it actually works from what we’ve uncovered:

- Make mRNA coding for mutant versions of CYP19A1 and CDKN1B in smaller amounts
- Make sure that while delivery system for (1) mostly ends up in liver, most of (2) ends up in the gonads
- Make sure form and quantity of additive upregulating LINE-1 reverse transcription activity makes it hard to detect among legit adjuvants
- Effects from (2) integrated by (4) are recessive; mildly oncogenic effects in vaccine recipients unlikely to be noticed for many years
- (5) recessive but since most of population vaccinated, in next generation female offspring have premature ovarian failure”
This was published before vaccination was underway and judging by language used, it seems to come from someone on the inside with professional knowledge. Many allegations in the above post actually checked out as we now know.

But as it turns out those warnings were on the money big time! And now has been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt.
A study by Lund University, Lund, Sweden shows ‘Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line’ It is also the title of the study published 25 February 2022 in the current issues of ‘Molecular Biology’. Did anyone see or hear any of it in main stream? Did fact checkers change their claims?
“Abstract
Preclinical studies of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2, developed by Pfizer and BioNTech, showed reversible hepatic effects in animals that received the BNT162b2 injection. Furthermore, a recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of BNT162b2 on the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro. Huh7 cells were exposed to BNT162b2, and quantitative PCR was performed on RNA extracted from the cells. We detected high levels of BNT162b2 in Huh7 cells and changes in gene expression of long interspersed nuclear element-1 (LINE-1), which is an endogenous reverse transcriptase. Immunohistochemistry using antibody binding to LINE-1 open reading frame-1 RNA-binding protein (ORFp1) on Huh7 cells treated with BNT162b2 indicated increased nucleus distribution of LINE-1. PCR on genomic DNA of Huh7 cells exposed to BNT162b2 amplified the DNA sequence unique to BNT162b2. Our results indicate a fast up-take of BNT162b2 into human liver cell line Huh7, leading to changes in LINE-1 expression and distribution. We also show that BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA in as fast as 6 h upon BNT162b2 exposure.

What it means is that in addition to the mRNA code for S spike, the vaccine vials will contain additional mRNA that codes both for a mutant version of CYP19A1 and a mutant version of CDKN1B. Both are implicated in the female infertility issues.
The fact that the lipid nano particles (LNPs) and the mRNA in them end up in the liver and gonads (the primary reproductive organs – testes in male and ovaries in female) was confirmed by the Pfizer pharmacokinetics study leaked by the Japanese government in May 2021. The LNPs and the mRNA do not stay at the injection site, as CDC and other agencies told us. Surprise surprise they accumulate in the liver and the gonads of the vaccinees in high concentrations.
