Are mandatory experimental medical products and procedures even legal?

  • Post category:COVID-19

“We have uncovered enough information and evidence to show that the death counts have been grossly inflated, that the PCR tests are meaningless, and that the myth of asymptomatic transmission is completely untrue. If the PCR and asymptomatic transmission fallacy are driving the governor responses, if we can knock those out and show the court there is no public health emergency, it will invalidate the restrictions put on the entire state… If we show there is no public health emergency we will also be able to challenge the emergency use authorisation.”
Ana Garner

In this interview, Spiro Skouras is joined by Attorney Ana Garner of New Mexico. Garner represents her client Isaac Legaretta, an officer at the Doña Ana County Detention Center and a military veteran, who is suing the county over its new policy for first responders to receive the COVID-19 vaccinations or face termination.

Attorney Garner explains the significance of this case and what is at stake, as it is the first of its kind and may set a new standard for legal precedent regarding mandatory vaccination. Garner says she is prepared to take this case to the Supreme Court if necessary.

They also discuss another of her ongoing case that challenges not only the Governor of New Mexico, but the state of public health emergency itself.
