How can Zink, Quercetin and NAC stop Covid-19 becoming a severe disease

What can you do to help yourself if you get COVID-19 symptoms? It depends who you ask! If we rely on the official information in the UK for example: You are led to believe that all you need or can do to help yourself is: Rest, drink fluids, avoid dehydration, take paracetamol or ibuprofen, lie on your side or sit upright, try a teaspoon of honey if you have a cough.

Really? Essentially wait until you have severe coronavirus infection and then off you go to hospital to be on your own, get experimental medical treatment, that may or may not save you or kill you.

WOW… Out of all the things that can actually make a completely different outcome for people at risk of developing severe COVID-19 symptoms, the only thing they are offered is paracetamol and honey? No wonder the NHS needs saving! I always found the slogan: “Stay at home>>Protect the NHS>> Save lives ” weird! Surly Save lives should be the number one priority, by offering treatments that prevent people developing severe symptoms and reduce the numbers needing to go to hospital in the first place…

But if this was the case how could the PTB justify draining the public purse to fund big pharma, lockdowns, isolation, mandating medical experimentation en-masse, and a total financial reset before the financial system implodes uncontrollably?

Ok, I digress – Lets not go there…

What I wanted to share in this post are practical health hacks that could help anyone get over COVID-19 fast and easy as symptoms start and avoid the need to go to hospital or take prescription drugs.

In previous posts I shared some treatments used by MD’s all over the world using licensed malaria drugs chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine in combination with Zink and Vitamin D3 supplements. But as we heard from two very brave doctors, Dr. Simone Gold and Dr. Vladimir Zelenko –  as soon as an old patent-less safe-ish cheap drug was found to be effective at reducing death by medicine, oops… sorry COVID-19, all of a sudden those medicines used for decades and sold over the counter in so many places the world over, were forcefully taken off the shelves and doctors instructed in no uncertain terms to stop prescribing it or lose their job and licence to practice.

The last page of a NHS leaflet “COVID-19 Vaccination a guide for older adults” claims they don’t yet know if the vaccine will stop infection or transmission – I would argue they do know because ALL available vaccines were NEVER designed or claim to do more then reduce severe symptoms. And we don’t know yet if they even do that and for how long.

It made me look for a natural alternative that would do what chloroquine does –  enable Zink  to penetrate a cell and stop the virus replicating. Watch the first video below 1:35m in for detailed explanation on how it works. This video was published in March 2020 – a year ago, but in a leaflet I got recently the NHS and UK government still claim, and I quote:

“There is no Cure for COVID-19
although newly tested treatments do help to reduce the risk of complications.”

This playlist contains 3 videos exploring  the use of supplements mentioned in the post in great detail and shares published scientific studies done on all of them.

The obvious natural alternative to chloroquine would be the active ingredient used in it to this day  –  ‘quinine’ – a naturally occurring chemical compound, first isolated in 1820 from the bark of the cinchona tree, native to Peru. The bark extracts had been used to treat malaria since at least 1632 and was introduced to Spain as early as 1636 by Jesuit missionaries from the New World.

Ironically it was on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines until 2006,  when it was taken off the list – because there are other substances that are equally effective with fewer side effects. They recommend that it be used only when artemisinins are not available. Quinine is also used to treat lupus and arthritis. ‘Quinine’ was also traditionally used in tonic water. Some tonic waters still contain a very small amount of it to this day, but most brands of tonic water just have added flavours and lots and lots of sugar, so no, I would not recommend drinking tonic water as a remedy. However it is possible to buy  ‘Quinine’ tincture, cinchona tree bark, or in powder form.

An even better news is that quinine, chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine are not the only Zink ionophores! As it turns out Quercetin, another easily found supplement is also a Zink ionophore which has many other benefits to boot. You can find more about Quercetin here. (Watch the second video from about 7 minutes in)

NAC  (N-Acetylcysteineis) is another supplement that can help reduce flue like symptoms, especially in elderly people – do we really need to vaccinate the whole world to achieve the same result? Watch the 3rd video in the playlist above to learn how this works and find out published scientific studies about it, and also watch the second video from 8:20 minutes in.

Now I ask you: If I could easily find all this useful information, should we expect our family doctor to know about it?  Our health service to know about it? And more to the point why are they still peddling the NO CURE BS
